A genuine dedication to the success of others speaks volumes about the leadership philosophy. By focusing on making our team look good, we create an environment where everyone can thrive, contribute, and reach their full potential.

The biggest thing I see in leaders is that we worry too much about what other people think about us. "We're wearing this mask all day, and it feels exhausting. And by the time we get home from our day and we're with the people we love the most in our family, we often take it out on them.


As leaders, if we can start showing up more as ourselves at work, really have fun with it, and be more playful and joyful, 

it will stream into every single area of our lives. And it's going to make our home life more manageable. It will make our team more excited to be together and find ways to have fun.


We need to play more. I recently worked with a company, and we discussed work and home balance. I shared why I don't really believe in finding balance.


I remember when I left retail management before I started my business, I envisioned this perfect teeter-totter where I was going to work, home life would be amazing and perfect, and everything at work would be great. Then everything at home was going to be perfect and great.
