I treat the beginning of each quarter just like I do the beginning of each year.
It's important to pause, reflect, and celebrate all that has happened around us.
And it's been a lot.
From starting the year off with the new year excitement
... hosting my 2nd annual virtual summit
... launching my podcast
... then a world-wide pandemic
... home-schooling my kids while running a business
... taking a stand with our Black community and being a co-conspirator to create change
