15 Things I've Learned While Running My Online Business (Over the Past Fifteen Years)

Today I'm sharing my top 15 tips that I've learned over the past fifteen years as a business coach. It hasn't always been easy but growing a successful business is worth it. The ups and downs of running your own business are a given and I want to take away some of the guesswork for you from what I've found are the most important as an entrepreneur.
- Your thoughts and actions are all we can control.
- Consistency is key. Do everything for 90 days to 6 months.
- Know your niche inside and out.
- Pay attention to what your clients/prospects say during the sales call. They have a problem and why are you the solution to their problem.
- Celebrate all the things BIG and Small.
- Have a Strategic Marketing Plan and follow it. Keep it simplistic and easy.
- Follow-Up -Follow-Up- Follow-Up
- Nurture your community all the time so that you can build Know, Like & Trust
- Hire a Coach or Mentor.
- Business Besties are a must for accountability.
- Resiliency even on the hard days, have a plan for how you'll keep pushing through.
- Self-care is vital. Journal, Slow Mornings & Movement are a must.
- Create a schedule that works for you.
- Be You! Trust your gut, your intuition and play to your strengths.
- Stop comparing yourself to someone else's chapter 10, your exactly where you're meant to be.
