- 1, 90 minute focused coaching calls where we will address 1-2 things related to your leadership that will support you in getting results fast for your personal growth and development
- Voxer/email support for any in-between question so you can keep moving forward in your vocal empowerment without having to second guess yourself
- Action steps, recording & notes to keep you focused and on task
- 1, 30 minute follow up session to recap how the month went and determine what next steps will be taken, if any.
3 MONTHS OF SUPPORT
- 6, 50 minute focused coaching calls where we will take strategic action to move you and your leadership communication forward by creating a space you can role play leading difficult conversations, strengthen you inner and out voice and speaking with authentic presence so you can speak up for the ideas and issues that mean the most to you and your organization.
- Voxer/email support for any in-between question so you can keep moving forward in your vocal empowerment without having to second guess yourself

6 MONTHS OF SUPPORT
