I've broken it down with real numbers so you can see how it works visually here:
Step 1 What is your Goal Salary- How much do you need to make each month? $50k for the year, so Q4 is $12,500/ $4166
Step 2 What is your Business Budget- What are the expenses for your business? Employees, virtual assistance, profit, taxes, zoom, website, phone, coach, printer paper, planner, etc $1250 per month so $3750/quarter
Step 3 Now you have your Target Revenue Goal- Salary + Budget = target revenue $16,250/quarter or $5416/month
Step 4 This is the Actual Revenue you need to make each month to reach your goal. $16,250/quarter or $5416/month
Step 5 Set your goal and make a plan to reach it. Write it down, tape it to your desk, look at it daily.
